GP 36 GPS display on my FCV 800.

I recently connected my GP 36 GPS unit to my FCV 800 to get the lat and long location numbers on the FCV 800 screen. My GP 36 displays the lat and long in a DDM format with the decimal minutes out 3 places past the decimal point. However, my FCV 800 the onscreen read-out goes 4 places past the decimal point. And, to add to the confusion, the GP 36 rounds up so the numbers do not match at the third decimal place. Can the FCV 800 be adjusted to only read 3 places past the decimal point?

Being a fishfinder they don't offer a choice of Lat/Lon formats. As long a the same format as the GP36 setting then that last digit must be rounded up or down, unfortunately.

Maybe the fish finder format should only read out 3 places. That seams to be the industry standard.
Thank you for responding for my post.
