Furuno 1850 transducer not reading botton

Have a 1850

Purchased a new t/m transducer 50/200a

Still not reading bottom.

Transducer works on backup 1850

Seems like a machine issue?

If the transducer works fine on another machine then I would agree it seems like an issue with the machine that doesn't work.
