I would like for assistance

I am in search for Fuel consumption system that i could connect to my TZTL12F.
Before i decide what maker i am going to select i would like to ask what exactly system that i buy has to match to work well with TZTtouch2.
Whic questions exactly i have to ask maker before purchasing product?
This particular model have NMEA 2000 output , is this enough to make sure it will work?

Another question is can unit Gallon/hour can be changed to litres/hour inside tztL12F ?

Normally fuel consumption information (flow rate etc) comes from your engines. The available options for you will be based on the make and model of your engines. You basically need an interface for the engine that will provide the information via NMEA 2000.
