Hi Guys,
I have a previously installed 1kw through hull Airmar SS175M transducer which used to give me good readings upto 30 knots cruise with my old Lowrance elite FS9.
I recently got a shiny new Furuno Package including the FCV800 of which the SS175M transducer is linked to, and for some reason it only gives me bottom readings now upto about 15 knots.
Could this be a settings thing on the FCV800?
The SS175M is connected to port #2 and the correct transducer is selected in the settings.
The other transducer connected is a P66 in port #1, which actually gives better readings than the SS175M which is definately meant to be the better transducer.
Any ideas?
