FCV295 won't power up

Today My FCV295 wouldn't power up. I was checking connections and found breaker to be suspect and corroded. I replaced breaker, crimped new connector and no luck. I confirmed power out of breaker is good. The ground doesn't look great and I'll crimp new connector for ground although I confirmed ground with meter. What steps should I take next? Are the internal fuses user serviceable? I didn't yet check connections at Sounder side

The unit was getting power so I uninstalled it and found the two fuses. One of the two fuses is blown and I’ll replace as soon as I locate a replacement. I’m not quite sure why the manual states that unit must be sent in for authorized repair to replace fuses. I think the issue should be resolved (hopefully).
