Hi,

Is it possible to connect Airmar B744 on 295? I want to connect this just temporary, because this transducer is already installed. It is not problem with tap settings. Seems that it s only one frequency can be connected? Thanks

Nick,
The B-744 is a 600 watt di-plexed transducer and wasn't designed for a sounder like the FCV-295. Could you connect the B744 to the FCV-295, yes you could. Should you, is another question. The impendence of the B744 is quite different because of the di-plexer so if you do want to try I would greatly reduce the FCV-295's output power from 10 to 2.
