Fcv 1100Sea temperature does not show the measure

Hello there
Although my fcv 1100 and B275 transducer connected crimes are connected and do all the settings, they do not show on the screen please help

Thank you for your inquiry.

Please confirm how you have the Transducer wired to the FCV1100L? The temp port or NMEA port require a 6-pin connector, please confirm that you have the temp wires from the transducer correctly wired to a 6-pin NMEA cable. After verification you will need to select the appropriate input in the FCV1100L Menu once the unit is powered up. You will want to make sure the Temp Input is set to "Sensor." Please refer to 3-7 in the installation manual.
