Hello,
is FAX30 receiving NAVTEX or FAX information without PC or NavNet connection like a black box ? or is it necessarily to have PC connected every time (may be for time synchronization)

The Fax 30 is a black box without screen so to see that data it must be done either with a NavNet unit or a PC.

I understood that to view the messages I need a PC, but if the FAX30 runs 24 hours a day, is it possible to stop the PC during the night for example and the FAX30 continues to receive messages ?

Yes the messages are internally stored into the FAX30 memory. You only need to connect the PC when you are ready to view them or change your setup.
