- I attended this FAR 2837s and verifying no display, it was evident that the PSU PCB was bad as input voltage was verified, but there was no processing LEDs blinking. Changed out the PSU PCB and was able to get display but picture was not clear. Verified scanner rotation was being achieved.
- Changed out the MV and RFC PCBs together because they require software compatibility. Upon changing out the MV and RFC PCBs, could no longer achieve scanner rotation, but still had display.
