Unit won’t do rudder test , everything is ok but when we try the test it clicks twice and sets off alarm, this happens even when solenoid pump is disconnected ( as a test for load) rudder feed back is working perfectly thanks

What does the alarm say? If happening even with nothing connected, the pilot sounds damaged and likely to need to visit the repair center. The 500 units are getting a bit long in the tooth so it depends on what boards are in it if they can get parts. It would need to be evaluated. It sounds like the power board is bad/damaged.
