Hello everyone my name is Juan and I am from Spain, live and fish in the Mediterranean in Mallorca where I am actually from. A very good friend of mine and myselflast year we bought a DFF3D with TimeZero Professional I didn't buy a TZT2 screen and he did. I didn't buy it because I also have a Koden CVS-FX1 with an Airmar 3Kw chirp transducer. Anyway the guys did the instalation they had to do they did hook up the GPS to the Pc via the Connection and then we used a Hub to put both sonars in the TZ professional. Now here comes the funny bit when doing Batimetry the DFF3D is suppose to do 42 points per second somehow it only doss 1. We have been with this issue now for a year here in Mallorca with endless amount of money spend and no one has a clue what is going on. Can anyone show some light into this? Many thanks.

Yes, I have come across this before. The TZ Pro needs a source of heading data, preferably at 10Hz. So do you have heading data going into TZ Pro? If TZ Pro does not have heading data the PBG from the DFF3D is only 1 point. WIth heading, again preferable 10Hz, you get all the swath points for PBG from the DFF3D.
