DFF3D and point cloud

Hi,
Is it possible to export the point cloud data (depth and coordinates) to work with it in another software like QGIS?
How many points would you get per square meter when working in shallow water less then 10m?
What would be the best setup to get the sharpest 3d image?

I wish I could say I knew what you mean. Are you talking about Sirius Weather or NavCenter weather? Neither of those are exportable.

My guess is if you can export the cloud data as an XYZ file you should be able to open that in QGIS.
