Chart for Nav Net Vx2

I have a VX2 and would like to change the chart to Mexico. Having a tough time when calling C-Map as they don't show a chart that is compatible with 1834C-BB (honestly I'm not positive which exact unit I have - all the documentation is for various radar model numbers: 1824C - BB, 1834C - BB, 1844C - BB, 1854C - BB etc. )
Shows chart plotter GD-1920CBB on the same manual.

Currently has a C-map chart installed - not much use in Mexico. Just see large blocks of land and sea (which is accurate) but want to get complete chart detail.

How do I determine exactly which unit I have? Was told the RPU-015 and the serial number of the unit aren't helpful.

GD-1920CBB should work.. just remember it has to be a 2 gig sd card not any bigger... the last card I ordered from cmap was for my rdp 149 and a friend of mine used it in a rpu 015 and it worked...

thank you
I am not seeing at GD-1920CBB option on the Cmap site. Closest is Navnet Vx2 GP-1920C

The C-Map chart cards for the VX2 are the same regardless of the system model number. The system model number is how the unit was sold as a RADAR, Chart Plotter, or general display. For instance, the two model numbers GD1920CBB and GP1920C indicate the GD1920CBB is a Black Box (BB) and did not come with a GPS antenna. However, the GP1920C is a 10.4" screen and came with a GP320B antenna.

Locrasto has it right, get the C-Map Max chart card for the GP1920C and make sure they know to put the chart on a 2GB SD card (cannot be bigger than 2GB)
