buying navnet charts by email -- timing is critical!

I have a NavNet 3D. We have been working our way towards Canada, but did not buy charts because we were unsure of entrance procedures. We are now intending to clear into Canada on Saturday ( today is Thursday) and I need to buy charts.
I intend to buy MM3-VNA-033 and have downloaded the files, but need the activation code. I have contacted Defender, and they say a week or more to get it. I have called several other Furuno distributors and gotten no answers.

Is there a way to get a activation code online in less than 24 hours?

I do have a workable fallback on a smartphone app that can activate and download the charts immediately. But that is surely not how I would like to navigate!
