I can't express enough how amazing furuno tech department is. I may have been the most annoying customer yet but they had plenty of patients with me and worked time through my radar software update problems. I finally was able to get it to download and update after I realized I had firmware preventing the upload to the radar. It honestly was one of the main reasons I decided to stick with furuno and go with the new tztouch2 Bc I knew their tech department is honestly hands down number 1! Thanks again guys for all your help
