bearing to curser not reading magnetic

Bearing to curser reads only true when rest of chart is reading magnetic.

Bearing is always relative. It should show an "R" after the degrees for bearing. If not, please ensure that you have the latest software installed. The latest software is v25.11.1 and is available on the "View Support/Tech Info" side of the product page on https://furunousa.com/en

Until recently we could put the cursor on a spot and our data would read the degrees magnetic to that spot. Now when we put the cursor on a spot we see "---°m". We like to set the boat on a compass course to our cursor.

If just touching the display and you get a pop-up...the "Bearing" shows deg R or relative. If you touch the screen and choose goto, then a data bar appears at the top of the screen and show BTW (Bearing To Waypoint) will show either deg M (magnetic) or deg (True), if set Home-Settings-Units and set bearing display to magnetic or true. If neither of these is what you are talking about, would you post a picture so I can see what you are referring to, please. If you take a picture, also send the software version being used on your TZT XL. Can simply take a picture of the Home-Settings-Initial Setup-Data Sensors-Data Sources display too.
