Configuring AIS and Radar Targets to Display Magnetic Bearing

How do I get the bearing to an AIS or Radar Target to show as magnetic ? It seems to be showing as angle.
I also think that when I click in an open area with no waypoint or target it shows angle also.
Magnetic makes more sense to me.

By design, TZT/TZT2/TZT3 show AIS target bearing in relation (relative) to the bow of the boat for quick identification and collision avoidance. The same for radar target bearing everything is related to own ship although they can be expressed in true or relative depending on feature. For example EBL (Para 6.8.7 ops manual).
