So who actually has these TzT3’s for sale today?

I poked around the internet and don’t see anyone advertising the. For sale yet.

And other than the Furuno suggested price on the Furuno USA website I don’t see actual pricing yet...

Furuno USA doesn't have stock yet and hasn't started taking orders from dealers. That will come soon. They should arrive in the spring. From what I hear we are looking at most units shipping to dealers at end of March, if all goes as planned. More details will be provided to FUSA dealers once the product arrives and orders are being taken. Of course everything is subject to change but from what I hear it is looking really good.
