If you running current software 6.03 then it appears you have a fan that has stopped working and would need replacement.

I upgraded a TZT2-15 yesterday from 6.21 to 8.01. and immediately have a FALSE "fan speed" alarm after upgrading.

Everything else works perfectly and I 100% completed the factory reset & the internal TZT sounder after the SW update.

Please advise.

Something is not adding up...The FAN3 speed alarm would be on a TZT14, not a TZTL15F. Can you send a picture of the sensor list from the display that you took a picture of in your original post, please?
