a new SCX20 mounting

We had a batch of these brackets made to give us more options for mounting the SCX-20.

NMEA/ABYC guidelines suggest spacing antennas further apart than is readily practical, so more mounting options are desirable.
Sometimes, boat owners do not have room on a stand for another bigger GPS antenna above their radar.
Things have to be above or below radar radiation patterns.
Some boat owners do not want a big hole through the roof of their boat for the downward NMEA2000 connection on the SCX-20
In colder climates, it might be nice to have the SCX-20 above any ice/slush accumulation surfaces
Some boat owners want cables to come in a certain route/entrance atop the boat.

Sometimes us as the installer does not want to put a hole for the NMEA2000 cable through a roof; in this case a thick steel roof with insulation and metal interior panels below; but the overhang was fine for some machine screws.

They are 1/8" aluminum. Expensive for one to be built. Affordable since we ordered 10 to get started.
