620 screen is slipping down

my 620's screen is slipping down --- there is a 1 inch black at the top and the depth reading is not visible, it is below the bottom of the screen ------- anything I can do about this??

I have not heard of that before. There is an LCD test, but that just checks for colors not position. The only thing I can think of is to do a Restore of the default settings to see if that helps. If it doesn't, we will need to take a look at it.
