511 Navnet auto pilot



Hi ,

I just reinstalled my repaired 511 Navnet CPU and reprogramed (new software) controller.

Once installed dockside programming read as if ti was all still programmed.

Everything powers up fine except I still get a rudder angle error it reads *9 to port. I verified rudders and rudder sensor is moving and centered with rudders but I cant seem to get it to change.

There are no techs where I am in my part of the world any suggestions would be appreciated. all voltages , amps etc. read correctly.

Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

I forgot to mention when the unit is initially on saying all checks ok the port rudder angle bar reads 25 degrees and will not move with wheel or rudder movement

After installing new or repaired components and updating the software you should perform a master reset for all components. Then start your set up as if it was new.

The master reset has everything now working RRU wise etc. Waiting for the tides later this week to go out and sea trial set.
