1730 - range down to 2-3 miles

Typo - it's 1730 not 1720 - I installed this new in 1990 and I haven't used it all this much as my boat is in Mexico since 2005, and before that So Cal. I'm assuming it's a weak or old magnetron? The inside connectors are like new - haven't looked at those up the mast - it's #2333-1461

The fields in the magnetron are weak and can't put out the power like it used too. I would absolutely believe that if the magnetron hasn't been changed since 1990, it needs replaced now.
