TZT14 bubbles under display

There is a rubberized compound between the glass and the LCD unit to prevent any chance of condensation. When you go to put the boat away for the season; send the unit into the Furuno service center and we can take care of that for you. If you are not a Furuno USA customer; contact your local distributor for guidance.

I had sent in both my TZT9 and TZT14 displays in early May to have this bubble problem fixed. Furuno did an EXCELLENT job at replacing my screens and they turned them around in less than 1 week. They even added new "power on" buttons as I apparently had an older style button. Great experience, and I really appreciate their excellent service and attention to the customer (me).

I had this same bubbling in my TZT14s. Sent them both in, one at a time. They replaced the screens for free and updated the software. Excellent service. Thank you Furuno. It did cost me $375 to insure and ship it to them per plotter. UPS just gouges your eyeballs out.
