I have been unsuccessful in transferring waypoints from the RDP-139 to Seamarks software. I have the latest version of Seamarks and I'm using the NET-DWN_CBL. Have tried connecting the cable directly to a serial port on PC as well as using a serial to USB converter. Serial port setting on PC are set properly.
I took the serial connector apart to verify pin outs. According to my Furuno manual, white wire (TXD) is on pin #2 and blue wire (RXD) is on pin #3. Ground is on pin #5. 9 pin serial protocol is RXD on pin #2 and TXD on pin #3. Are the white and blue wires on my data cable on the correct pins?
