Radar antenna not rotating

Hello everyone here, my radar antenna suddenly stop rotating and displays st by on the screen. what could be the problem? I checked power and confirmed 24V from the block feeding the antenna.

The model is type RSB-137 M/N: RTR-119. I checked for power from the rack cabinet to the radar antenna and confirmed it was ok, the fan is working perfectly, there is two LED that displays green light, there was no ingress of water. The antenna when was rotated manually and the gears are free. What could a possible problem?

What is the voltage at the antenna? What display are you using? You could try running a bypass ethernet cable directly from the gearbox to the display.
