Radar spinning wrong way

I’ve been trying to figure out why my radar display. The left side of my screen is showing what is on the right hand side of the boat, I fixed my headings, and everything under the sun come to find out that my radar antenna is spinning the wrong way any ideas? If you were standing above it looking down at it, it is spinning counterclockwise and was told that it should be spinning clockwise, I tried to reverse the polarity on the DC motor, and that did not work.
