Need to reenter unlock codes

Often after restarting my TZT3, I need to reenter my chart unlock codes. (Running updated software.) Anyone else have that problem?

Did you factory reset the unit after upgrading? (recommended)

Suspect if done; it would fix the concern.

Unfortunately, it did not.

As a quick fix just put the unlock file (ZUC file) that was e-mailed to you with your unlock codes, onto your chart card. If the unlock file is there it will always work.
