Navigation to waypoint or start of route is always off to the right.

I found myself always using the AUTO or heading rather than NAV to route or waypoint because it always takes me off course to the right regardless if in precision mode or economy. I can see on the

Setup is
SCX20 as the source of most of the data.
2 TZT3s- happens on either.
Furuno NavPilot 300.

In the screenshot you can see my heading is not to my destination.

I can see you are using the Sat Compass (SCX20) and i recently made a transition from magnetic to sat compass.
I had some problems to get it right with Magnetic and True directions. Often a deviation playing tricks.
So at the end I just went for True. All the way. The only Magnetic now is the reserve Suunto antique compass in the drawer. :)
I would not investigate to much right now - I would put TZT and NavPilot in True direction and hope for the best.
It is done in the Setup of both units.

Thank you, I could see that I was using magnetic but did not want to mess with while fishing. Will give that a shot next time. Surprised more have not run into this or perhaps this is just an install error on my part.

Hello There, I'm just looking at your situation. I would change your settings to display true heading and course over ground. The other item I would look at including when you are navigating is a Vector line set at say 15mins. The vector line gives you a true representation of the direction your vessel is moving. Then when you are navigating towards your next way point you will have all the indicators on the plotter to enable you to adjust your heading to ensure that your COG matches your bearing to waypoint bearing.

Just remember that when you are steaming towards your waypoint you need to constantly adjust your heading to to make your COG to be the same as the BTW bearing. Wind and Tide will move the boat around and you will need to counter this with adjustments to heading.
