In New Navpilot-300 install, BT test fails

The gesture controller reports --- DBM
The FAP-3011 and 3012 seem to be communicating with each other
I have 12 VDC connected to FAP-3012 Red & Blue wires (shield is not yet connected) via a 30 Amp breaker. Pump has not yet been connected.
The gesture controller is situated 3 feet to the side of FAP-3012

Did you pair the Gesture Controller to the NavPilot Processor per section 3.13 of the Installation Manual or section 5.8 of the Operators Manual?
