GP1870F installed cmap chart

My salesman is claiming he loaded the cmap info into my new GP1870F but I just don't see it. He uploaded from PC and is not using the SD slot. currently my SD is empty because he said it's loaded in to the unit memory.

Is there a way to get into the unit to see if a cmap chart for hawaii is loaded?

Your salesman is wrong! :noway
There is no internal memory for charts in the GP1870F. Only a world base map.
There needs to be a C-Map 4D chart card inserted.
