I installed software version 6.02 and then did a master reset. Now the plotter is not seeing my vector charts in the RH SD slot. How can I find the charts again?

If the charts require a licence, you must re-enter you licence unlock code. Charts are indexed during the boot up so they should not be inserted or removed while the machine is running. If you inserted the charts after it had already booted up, you would need to shutdown the system and restart to index the charts for the system.
