525STiD-MSD Not Listed on 1971f Transducer List

I cannot find the 525stI-msd transducer listed on the 1971f listed transducers. Can I add it or which one should I use? The Fish Finder is working fine but wanted to make sure on List Setting. TIA

Never heard of that transducer, do you mean the "525STID-MSD" aka a 600W B774V? https://www.airmar.com/productdescription.html?id=147

Double-check your transducer type, than check the accessories page for your unit to make sure it's supported on the GP1971F. www.furunousa.com/en/products/gp1971f#Accessories

You guys are awesome. I wrote it down, went out to the boat, clicked on Initial Setup and that transducer was already highlighted. Does this unit do that, read which transducer is plugged in and then connect to it?

Yes, many of the transducers with the ID chip; self identify itself to the fishfinder.
