YDEG engine gateway with Cummins Onan generator - how?

I'm looking for help on how to show generator data on my TZT16F chartplotters. Here's what I have:
2011 Cummins Onan 17k generator with SmartCraft Network Interface Module
Yacht Devices YDEG-04 engine gateway connected to the genny
Latest YDEG firmware (1.44)

The YDEG appears to be receiving data from the genny, meaning, the LED flashes two green every five seconds. The TZT16F sees the YDEG in Setup/Sensors (along with another YDEG that shows data for the main engines). But if I try to add instruments showing genny data, there's nothing in the list for the generator.

Suggestions welcome. I also put in a request to Yacht Devices.

The core basics is whatever you wish to see on the TZT3 needs to come in via 2000 following NMEA.ORG certified PGNs and the PGN must be listed as one of the accepted INPUT PGNs listed in the manual. If you do that, it should show.
