Which Auto pilot

I have twin 300 suzuki's and want to get the 300 AP. Which model should I get?

What steering system do you have onboard? If hydraulic, what is your cylinder capacity? Or make and model of the steering cylinders along with how many you have.

Seastar single ram. HC5358-3. i think it is like 8.5 CI

The NAVpilot 300 with the Octopus 10-12 pump would be a great choice.

If your engines are new enough, and the proper models, you may be able to use the Fish Hunter Drive features.

They are 2020 Suzuki 300's

Suzuki didn't start the Fish hunter drive until 2022 so this install will be just like any normal hydraulic steering system installation. Even those with 2022 and 2023 engines found that Suzuki was using the older BCMs and had to update things to get those working. Hopefully any 2025 engines are now finally coming with what is needed from factory. For yours the 300 pilot will drive the hydraulic steering very nicely with that properly rated pump installed.
