What is “Rudder Speed”

I am currently setting up a Navpilot 711C.
It is asking me to set a rudder speed, how do I determine rudder speed?

I am just taking a guess here. Speed is distance over time. Is it possible that it is the angular speed in degrees per second. This should be based on the time it takes to go from hard right to hard left rudder under the total number of degrees of rudder travel.

I would suggest about 5 degrees per second for rudder speed.
