Wallpaper change RDP149 Navnet

I have tried and tried to change the wallpaper on our RDP 149 system. We run the 04.03.07 software. I have tried 512mb. 1 gb and 2 gb cards. With the spesific .png file named wallpaperv.png. Size 218kb and 256 colours

It seems the plotters cant find its a sd card in the reader as I cant get the wallaper from off to ON into edit mode in the load data from memory card window.

Any suggesttions what I am doing wrong.

No luck changing the file name. It seems the RDP 149 senses there is a SD card present as there is no posiblity to push any buttons when inserted. As soon as I remove the card from the reader all push buttons are working. The plotter will not start up either with the SD card present. I have tried to format the SD card on both Windows 10 and also on an old Windows 98 computer with no progress. I format the card to FAT16.

I have tried to write plotter tracks and other info to the SD card with no luck.

I have also tried a SD card with C-map charts installed and this charts show up on plotter and works

The last thing you can try is putting the *.png file on the C-Map chart card and see if you can import it that way. C-map partitions the card and leaves enough space for backing up waypoints.

With the unit locking up when you insert the SD card normally indicates the card is bad or too big (storage capacity wise).
