user videos for CH 500. Just installed

I just installed the CH 500 on my 30 foot Boston Whaler in southern california and we'll be targeting mostly yellow fin and blue fin tuna. Are there any videos you could recommend for somebody new to side scan sonar. I have read a lot of threads on this forum, but videos take it one step further. Thanks
