Upper portion of touch screen not working

One of my TZT2 12" is starting to have issues. The unit is only about a month old from install date. The top of the screen is not recognizing touch very well. If you mash your whole thumb down it will sometimes recognize the command. The middle of the screen seems to work fine.

I would talk to your installer. It looks like there is some uneven pressure being placed on the LCD panel affecting the touch matrix. I would hazard a guess, if you pull the unit out, it will most likely work just fine not mounted. If the unit does indeed have a problem when pulled out, I would send it in for evaluation with your distributor or dealer.
