My old boat had a Lowrance HDS8 head unit. I have 111 waypoints from my Lowrance unit that I would like to install on my NavNet 1 system.
I've saved the waypoints from my Lowrance unit in a ".gpx" format. I also have a file with the same 111 waypoints saved in Lowrance's software format. The waypoints are saved on my laptop harddrive as well as an SD card.
Later this week a local electronics dealer is going to update the software on my Navnet1 system because I am running an older version of the software. While he is working on the boat I'd like him to upload the 111 waypoints. He said he is able to perform the waypoint upload but I need to provide the waypoint file in a "format the Furuno will recognize."
I could really use some help. Thank you very much!
