Updating Maps

Hello, I'm still trying to update my maps.
On TimeZero's website I was able to download the region I need (file type .dbv). I'm just not sure what to do next? Do I need to buy a code to unlock it? I have my systemID. My Chart Database says "HOs S-57", not sure if that's helpful or not...
I don't have a "dealer" myself since I've inherited this system... each "dealer" I call doesn't seem to know what i"m talking about.
I'm running software version 02.13.

There are NOAA charts that you can download and install. CMap charts, or others, would require an unlock code to be purchased.
