Updating bathymetry

Does Furuno have the ability to update lake and ocean bathymetry like competitors? Is it in dev if not? We have a lot of bottom readings on the Great Lakes that are highly inaccurate and Navionics does nothing with the sonar chart (neighbor updates) at this point. I would prefer Furuno, but it might be a dealbreaker for me. Thanks.

A simpler and less expensive solution would be to use our DFF3D multi-beam system, https://www.furunousa.com/en/products/dff3d combined with Time Zero Pro from Nobeltec. https://mytimezero.com/tz-professional, which would allow you to record and save files.
