Update 3.12 for TZT2?

I came across an update page on Navnet for the TZT (NOT TZT2) for version 3.12

Amusingly the site mentions a quaint way of updating over the internet (e.g. one that works!)

Upon arguing with a dealer there was talk of a later version

Randomly Japan do have a version of software posted with no instructions at all with it and the software tag looks iffy so wouldn’t want to use it.

Potentially they have got as confused as I have!

So the question is... is there a new version of the firmware on the horizon?

Complete instructions on how to update the software, a upgrade history and everything else you could want to know about upgrading.

Again, everything you could ever want to know about the most current version. Sometimes upgrading over WifI is not always the best option (especially with operation systems!) Furuno offers EXCELLENT support with almost zero "bugs".

Furuno itself will have to comment about any upcoming changes

We really can't comment on any upcoming products or software until they release. The official release for the TZT2 currently is 3.01. There is a version of software called 3.02 given out by our support on a case by case basis for those with Sirius weather. I have never heard of 3.12. We do have new software coming for the TZT2 very VERY shortly. I would recommend checking the link that chtucker provided on the weekends or subscribing to our Furuno News posts on this forum.
