tried everything in the book cannot get the temperature to read on display. set initial to F in units and match the book on transducer set up still no reading. i get a linear scale on display showing plus and minus temperature. i have two displays on bridge one dedicated to sonar full screen the other GPS/radar overlay. all devices go thru HUB 101.

There are three places to wire temp into the DFF1-UHD. Did you wire the temp wires from the transducer to the external temp connector or the internal HF or internal LF? When you were done wiring, do you go tell the unit which port you wired to? If not, then your problem is most likely related to that setting. You must pick the correct setting for where you wired the temp. If that isn't the problem, I would recommend disconnecting the temp and ohm it out. The temp wires should ohm out roughly in the range of 10-12 K ohms.

i wired the entire transducer wires internally exactly color by number as shown in top plate inside the DFF1-URD box .then set the sounder to internal on TZtouch2

Bob there are three different locations to wire temp. Two of them that is shown on the top of the box. Which one did you wire it to? There is also a selection under the sounder setup to pick which temp location you used. It must correspond with where you wired the temp wires. If not it won't work. It might be better for you to call tech support while you are at the boat to be talked through the process.

i went into sender menu the temp was set to KP. port i changed it to HF and temperature came up on screen. :jump thank you gentlemen
