Hi good day. I just wanna what i gonna do to my tztl12 navnet not continue starting after i update to newest version of software.

Kind regards,
JB

I would recommend trying to conduct the update again with diffrent media because something obviously went wrong, unless your boat batteries are low. If you continue to have problems, I would recommend contacting the support of your direct Furuno distributor or sending the unit to them to be evaluated.

I try to update again but still it won't continue open. The progress bars is steady won't going. The tztouch2 15 is working king fine. The battery voltage is good also.

If they're both turned on and you just updated the one and not the other, you have a software mismatch and the MFD units don't like it when both MFDs are on different version software :noway . If the 12F has completed the upgrade, leave it off with everything else and continue the upgrade on the 15F. With both MFDs updated try booting the two systems back up.

Hope this helps,

Hi maggy, i updated first the tztl15 before i updated the tztl12. The 15 is working ok after i updated but the the 12 not turning on completely. The progress bar is not going it's stuck in the middle.

Thanks,
JB

With the unit off, have you tried unplugging everything from it and removing the chart card from the rear card reader and then powering it all on by itself. That would at least eliminate any NMEA 2000 bus issues (if they are present), card issues (if present) or network issues (if present) that may be causing the hiccup. :cool

If still no progress, after that - best to re-run the upgrade in that state and/or consider sending it in for service.

I done everything what you said but there's no luck to make it work again. Maybe i gonna send this to furuno to check.
By the thanks for response of my message.

Best regards,
JB

The only last thing I might try would be swapping stations; by swapping the 12f unit with the 15f unit's power cable (since that 15f is running a-ok) you can at least rule out if the 12f's power cable is the culprit or not, and/or contributing to the unit hanging at boot. :sorry

Otherwise send it in with a note with your name, return address, contact info, and a brief description of the issue (or link to this thread) to our SVC Center: 4400 NW Pacific Rim Blvd Camas, WA 98607. :capt

Thanks,
