TZT2 Network Device Updates

How do other network devices like the BBDS1, BBWX3, FA-50, SC-33 & NavPilot 700 get updates?

Are they part of the TZT2 upgrades or do these need to be dealt with separately?

Good afternoon CDive,

The products that you mentioned below all can be updated individually aside from the FA50. Most of the updates for the products mentioned below use a computer and Ethernet cable to update the unit.

Software updates can be found on the product pages for each item, the software is available for download from Furuno USA, instructions for the update process can also be found on the individual product pages.

Dear C-Bass,

How can we know what version each unit is currently at to know if we need to update it or not please? In my Case the DFF3D, SC-33, DRS6ANXT, NavPilot711C.

In the menu, please select Initial Setup, scroll down to Data Acquisition, choose Sensor List. In the Sensor List it will show you the software version of the devices connected into your system.

There is not a single support site that houses a repository of software for our equipment.

Best way is to go to the individual product pages on our website choose "View Support/Tech Info" look for the software tab.
