An example, Tzt2 says 180 degrees, 711c says 170 degrees. When i set the autopilot on Tzt2 to a waypoint, it says its on Nav, but the 711c still says standby. Only when I set it on the 711c does it nav. What do I need to set?

Do you have both the pilot and the TZT2 unit looking at the same primary heading source?
Do you have both the pilot and the TZT2 unit set to "Magnetic" heading? (if one is TRUE and the other is MAG..they won't match)

I called Furuno & talked to someone in support. As I was on my boat. he told me where to go on the TZT screen, It was set to magnetic, when it should have been set to true. This accomplished the degrees matching on the TZT & 711c. We also went to a setting that turns on the Nav feature for setting the autopilot from the TZT, I would never have guessed that the Autopilot had to be "turned on" by a switch in the TZT settings, in order to use the TZT to navigate by autopilot.
