The Blue/Black pair are the HL side and the Blue/Black with white stripe pair are the LF side. Blue to 1 and Black to 3. Blue/w to 1 and Black/w to 3 on the WAGO connectors. TAP settings are "B" for both LF and HF side. Set dip switch 2 #1 to on.

Sorry didn't understand the dip settings.
I have 2 blocks marked S2 and S3
They each have 8 switches marked 1 to 8.

Did you mean turn on # 1 & 2 on block S2 ?

Also please tell me about the other 3 wires and what these for? I Guess temp ? Coloured white, brown and orange. Where to conect etc. Thanks

Gregg,
The Brown and White wires are for temperature. Even though the LF and HF transducer plugs have temperature I normally input the temperature into pins 2 & 3 of the external sensor port.
