TZT not turning on

My tzt14 would make a peep sound start to turn on and then turn off. I checked the power coming into the unit and it was only 4.6 volts. I cleaned all the connections at the fuse block replaced fuses and I was then getting 12.60 thought I was good to go and now the screen won’t turn on at all. No beep nothing. What do you guys think?

Take out the chart card and try to turn on the unit and see if we can get a bumping sound again or screen to light up. (sometimes a bad chart card makes the unit not want to power up or do anything). If not, I always recommend taking it to another power source just to rule out something weird going on with the power source. If still does not power on or bump when you take it to another power source, something hardware related is happening with the unit. I would recommend sending the unit into our service center for further evaluation.
