TZT 3 S/W updates Failed Issue

Dear Support, I tried to update TZT3 12 inch MFD with the latest V2 S/W and whiel everything goes thru smoothly until it prompt me tp remove thumb drive. I remove thumbs drive and since the unit been "BLACK SCREEN" for 1.5 hours and it doesn't wake up. I try to restart, by switching off and then ON the the main power, the unit doesn''t response nor can I start up the MFD.

1. how long is the update? It stated 30 mins in the update instruction!
2. how can I restart the TZT3 12 to default and start it up before I attempt another update to V2?

My whole Furuno system is in total black out now!!! Please HELP!!! :shock:

I think you need to check you power/grounding. Even if the software somehow went wrong for you, the power light should still light up. You should check your fuse and other items. If you can't get power to light up it needs to see your service center.
